my back aches like shit..
and it prevented me from bowling well today
which was the last day of competition..
and it prevented me from going out to
play badm
earlier on just now..
bloody back ache!!!!!!!!!!

my back hurts so bad
tt i feel like killing someone..

hope my back heals by tml..
