'the year is coming to an end'
nic said this in a solemn tone..
should i feel sad about
the mistakes i made
the wrong decisions i took and
the blunders i committed this year
and be relieved that it marks the end of 2009?
or should i be glad that its finally closure to a fruitful year
and that the start of 2010 is an optimistic one too?
i would say that this year had its ups and downs for me
i cried my eyes out countless times
BUT i smiled and laughed many times more.

So far, this week has been a lonely week for me.
although i did go out with my ex Recruit Express colleagues,
& my mum and sister earlier in the week,
i still feel like i didnt do much!
maybe it is because nicholas is not around and i miss him alot!
and then, when i read some blogs on the internet,
and see people talk about their dates with their bfs..
i wish for time to past as fast as possible!
in fact, i want friday night to come soon, like NOW!
i just cant wait for my nicholas to return and give him a big hug!

me and nic went to Marina Barrage at 10am to fly kite finally!
the weather was very hot on that day
and i sweated so much!! :P

I WAS BACK FROM PHUKET SINCE LAST WED AT 12AM!!!
yeah, almost a week ago but only blogging now..
HAHA, arent i slow right??
anyway, it was a trip with my two sisters and my mum..
and we havent had a holiday all together since 4 yrs ago..
anyways, i am really lazy to blog everything now..
so here are just some preview pics of the trip!
DAY 1the view out of the plane was terrific!
the hotel we stayed at was Rayaburi Hotel Phuket
and it is highly recommended by me!!
the Loft Wing section was only completed in early November
and the rooms and toilets were so clean and spacious!!
DIOR lipgloss my mum bought for us at the DFS :)
The hotel was very near the beach!
so we headed out on the streets of phuket for an early dinner
after putting our luggages in the hotel
the streets were lined with so many massage shops
that provided thai and oil massages, maniure and pedicure services etc.
so we decided to paint our lovely nails :)

not in the mood to blog anymore because of certain things.
haiz, i dunno why some say i have many friends.
do i actually have THAT many friends??

hi guys,
i am going on yet another island holiday in the sun in 12 hours!
OMG right!!!
i arent really excited yet since this trip is so rushed
and my family only confirmed our hotel bookings today!
hopefully it would be a fun family trip for my sisters, my mum and i.
goodbye singapore & hello phuket!

although my birthday is long gone and almost a month ago,
i realized that i havent given thanks to those people
that celebrated my birthday with me and bought me lovely gifts YET!
hence, here goes:
the badminton peeps celebrated sieu chien's, genevieve's and my birthday
on the 16th october at al azhar in bukit timah!
and they bought me my fujifilm polaroid camera which is totally awesome!
i would like to thank all who shared cost for the prezzie:
pebbles, michelle, jun liang, samuel, sieu chien, qiu teng
edison, lien, wei yu, genevieve, sophie & weeyang
and nic dear for going all the way down to funan to buy it :D
then thanks jodee for the nice bag and colour "mentos" bracelets!
you know me so well that you know,
i do not have such a bag..and am need of a feminine bag like that!
HAHA!
then thanks to my gay family members- yuzhen, shiyi and penny
for this other very cute small bag..
it is really great for dates with nic :D heehee!
then thanks to my auntie for the chocolates and sweets
that she gave me at 12 am on my birthday itself!
and the birthday card my sis made for me!
and thanks to shuli for the beautiful handmade card!
last but not least,
my darling nic celebrated my birthday with me on the actual day itself
he bought me the small chocolate cake that i requested
and even took time to do a handmade card for me! hugs!

If you did not know, my mum gave me money to get a new phone
for my birthday last month..
The Sony Ericsson Jalou :D
it is a really small phone and very pretty!!
and it is purple in colour! MY FAVOURITE!!
Anyway, from the pictures, Jalou is indeed smaller in size
as compared to the Nokia E71 and ITouch..
Furthermore it is only 84g! SUPER LIGHTTT!
It also comes equipped with a 3.2 megapix camera with digital zoom
a mirror function and much more....!
Some other impressive phones from Sony Ericsson include the
Yari, Satio and Aino!
Satio is an incredible phone with a 12.1 megapix camera!
Can you believe it??!!
..even better than my olympus camera :S
